Dear Mr. Perez:

I' writing toyo about that this morning I recived my order, well, I have a complaint about my order F345/01. I recived 3 x 2 cm components and the D70 motor that doesn't work. Well I'd prefer a replacement. I thought yo will send me my products the day after tomorrow, because I can't work on my project. 

I'm very annoyed because I've never had problems with Twiney's before this and I am sure you will be able to resolve the situation in a satis factory way.
